I worked closely with the development team to understand the platform's technical details, such as the APIs, database structure, and software development kits.
Developing technical documentation: Based on my understanding of the platform, I developed technical documentation that covered all aspects of the Zebpay Exchange platform. This documentation included API guides, user guides, technical specifications, and other related documentation.
Built the admin panel product: I spent time understanding the ZEBB mobile application and the admin panel product. I worked closely with the development team to understand the technical details of the admin panel product, such as its features, functionalities, and user interface
Managing a global crypto OTC desk product: I launched and managed a global crypto OTC desk product as well as customer onboarding. This involved creating documentation and procedures for the product and ensuring that customer onboarding was seamless.
Launching a customer support portal: In collaboration with the customer service team, I launched a customer support portal. This involved creating documentation and procedures for the portal to ensure that customers had easy access to the information they needed.
